The right of withdrawal does apply to our other services (Walter Plus and Walter All-in-One). For these services you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you purchased the service.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by e-mail that you are withdrawing from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

When placing an order with digital online content (such as Land Registry documents), you will be informed in the ordering process that by ordering you agree to delivery – you will receive an email with the download. You further acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw from the contract once the download of the digital content has started.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive back from us all payments that you have made up to that time without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement.

We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.

You are only obliged to pay any costs for the service up to the moment of termination.
